Over 50 years of providing EMS service to your community

The Mount Calvary Ambulance Service is based out of Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin, which is in Fond du Lac County. The service has been in existence since 1974. The service provides basic life support emergency medical services to the Townships of Calumet, Empire, Forest, Marshfield, and Taycheedah; and the villages of Mt. Calvary and St. Cloud. The service area covers 158 square miles serving a population of nearly 10,500 individuals. The service is funded though tax subsidies and income from ambulance calls. The service employs approximately 25 staff, and relies on volunteer First Responder groups from Calumet, Eden, and St. Cloud. The service operates two ambulances. On average, the service responds to 400 calls a year.  The service employs a full-time service director and is managed by a five member board. The service has been in existence since 1974.
